Mata Bala Ji Sundri TempleThe temple of Mata Bala Ji Sundri Temple is located outside Parole Village fringed by grooves of Mango Trees. There is a legend associated with this temple. The sickle of a Brahmin got struck when he was cutting grass. The Brahmin saw blood oozing out of the stone that struck the sickle. The Brahmin got an order in his dream to start worshipping the stone under a Banyan Tree. The stone was considered as an incarnation of the Goddess and later on a temple was built there. Every year, grand fair is organized at this temple premise on the occasion of Navratri.
Gurdwara Singh SabhaLocated at the center of Kathua Town, this Gurdwara is visited by the Hindus and the Sikhs both.
Peer ChattershahLocated in Parole, this holy shrine has a sacred spring very near to it. Many visitors take a dip in this spring to get their skin diseases cured.
Sapt Sarober MandhirLocated in Krishna Nagar in Kathua Town, this temple is visited by many local devotees and the devotees of the surrounding area. The name of the temple is originated from the names of seven sages.
Aash Purni MandirLocated in the center of the town, this is a famous temple of Kathua. The temple got built in 1949 by Bhagat Chajju Ram. The temple is about 30 feet high and an idol of Devi Durga is installed in this temple. According to the legend, aash or veins of Devi Durga fell down at this place when the body of Sati got cut into pieces by the Sudarshana Chakra of Lord Vishnu.
Ujh BridgeLocated about 20 KM away Kathua Town, Ujh Barrage is a famous picnic spot.
